DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Place an order for a Fridge with them on 14 Nov 2022. After it was not delivered within the promised period, I send a few emails, and then got a response on 28 Nov that they want to deliver on the 29th. After confirming they responded with an estimated delivery time of between 10:00-16:00. After waiting on the 29th, 30th .... until now still no delivery, and no response to any of my emails, and refund requests. Do not even try to phone as there is never any answer, and the mailbox is full. How can a company like this be allowed to operate in South Africa, and turn up on each and every internet search with the cheapest offers. Do not trust this company they are ********. I am opening a ******** case against them, and all others that has complained about them should do the same, and insist that their banks reverses your EFT's.
