Dissatisfied customer

#4769 - I'm very dissatisfied with the service.I made a purchase and paid on 14 Oct after I received the order details i sent the proof of payment thru and then received an email that the order is being processed same day. I followed up via email on 19 Oct and received a reply that the order will be despatch on 26 Oct. I called the consultant Derek on 27 Oct to confirm if the item was dispatched. He told me that it will be dispatched same day and called on 28 Oct then said it was delayed to dispatch on 29 Oct.Called back on 2 Nov and still not dispatched until today.i have calling thru everyday since and Derek tells me the same thing that it's being dispatched and I will receive an sms with the tracking number. He told me yesterday that he will call me back at 2pm with the confirmation that it has been dispatched and give me the tracking number which he never did. I will now prefer to be refunded for the purchase.
