Disgusting Management/Customer Service

Yesterday on 25/11/2024 I went to Clicks Colleseum in Century City at 17:55 as I knock off at work at 17:30 and clicks is just a walk away from work. I bought the Futurelife Collegen Powder satchet however I only reliazed after that it's only 7 satchets therefore it won't really last and I threw the packaging away at a bin outside the store as their "medium" plastic bags are not big enough to fit the box. Couldn't return it as by the time I realized I bought the wrong product they were already closing.. I still had the plastic, product and slip so I thought to myself I will return it the next day. Next day on 26/11/2024 I went there at 17:55 before they closed again because I wanted an exchange, not a return but an exchange and If there was extra change I was willing to buy I didn't want money. I just wanted to buy something I wanted. A manager was called her name is Octavia John a colored young lady who was so rude and had so much attitude.. first of all with the interaction she came in and greet and spoke over me not hearing out what I wanted as she was already told, I spoke in such a polite manner stating what I wanted . She was so loud that everyone was looking my way and she had so much attitude to tell me there's nothing that can be done I must I basically stay with something I don't want and my money went down the drain. I buy almost everyday there I can even show you my bank statement to show how much of a loyal Clicks customer I am as I buy toiletries everyday there.. I am utterly disgusted with the interaction I had with a senior who was basically ****** because if it was a wyt Karen who came in she would've immediately gave her what she wanted, the attitude and sass for no reason. I am so disappointed and will never go to that clicks anymore. I will make sure to post this on all my social media accounts for awareness that if you buy something from clicks by mistake you won't be able to return it if you lose the box simply cos you wouldn't fit it in their small plastic and you are to stay with a product you don't want. Surely a reputable company would have a plan in place in such sernarios however that clicks refused my request on the get go.
