Disappointed with CLICKONSHOP

An order was placed and paid for in early January 2022. A confirmation e-mail was received that delivery will be on 18/1/2022. On 18/1/2022 NO delivery was done. The contact number of this business, whenever I called it indicated "engaged". This Company did NOT respond to my e-mails.
