Disappointed customer - #58968

Order : 58968 I bought univa 4 plate gas stove and oven @ R3999 on 25 November.My payment was received by them on 29 November. I spoke to Eric telephonically on 1 December and he told me that the item was dispatched the day before and I will expect delivery on Monday 6 December but no delivery took place.I sent an email on 7 December and also tried calling to no avail but Lerato responsed by calling me back a few mins.She said they might have been a delay due to Black Friday dispatches and is currently been dispatched.I waited for a few days but still no delivery.I tried calling and sending email countless times with no response at all.I managed to get hold of Addison on 19 December and he said he will check and call me back.He didn't call but I received an sms that my item is on its way and delivery will be on 21 December between 14:00 to 17:00 but no delivery has taken place since .I have been still trying calling and sending emails since with no response. I did buy a washing machine from them last year and it was delivered only a week later than the original delivery date.It was not a major problem because I did receive my item.

This time is worst whereby its over a month and no delivery has taken place plus no response via telephonically or email.

I have done many online shopping elsewhere and never experienced this previously.

They either have a very pathetic customer service or they are ******** .
