CLICKS Pathetic Online Service

Placed an online order on the 25th June and to date have NOT received it. I used my work address for the order to be delivered to. When checking the tracking of the order, it went out for delivery on the 26th, courier made a note that he ran out of time. The 27th exactly the same - courier ran out of time. The 28th, the courier attempted to deliver to my work address at 17.56. Called Clicks, Monday, 1 July. They took my details, gave me a reference number and said it would take 48 hours to resolve. Called this morning, was told by someone else that there is a 72 hour turn-around time. When I asked her what will happen after 72 hours, she says I might get a refund. Talk about ****TY service. Will NEVER buy from Clicks again.
