Good day. My husband ordered a deep freezer on the 20th November from Click on Shop. Order number 5188. He did an eft and was promised delivery on 6th December 2021. To date we have not received this delivery. Over 25 emails have been sent and many phone calls over the last week, a gentleman by the name of Edward keeps promising that it is out for delivery that day. He always says that the driver will call 30 minutes before delivery. The same story is being fed to us each time. Today is the 16th December 2021 and still.no delivery.
