Click on shop not honoring online promises

Order #7899 was placed on March 27, 2022 and is currently Processing. It is 13 May now and it is still processing. Cancelation with email does not work either. Promises via phone was made for pay back, still nothing. Very very very frustrated. 2700 Rand is a lot to loose. Now today phone's are just ringing with no answer.I don't think the company exists. But wait you must first pay before we start processing.???
