First review removed> Here are the facts ordered a PS4 on the 9th June 2022 order number #40742 for R6999. Paid via direct bank transfer. They did not deliver as promised and I cancelled the order. they confirmed my refund vie email and said it would take 5 working days to process the refund. As per their refund policy. To date I have not received my refund and all communication with them is ignored or not answered. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP AS I DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
