Click On Shop - Delayed Delivery, Poor Feedback

I ordered and paid for a Sony Playstation console on 3rd December. Payment was made from FNB to FNB account, which means it clears instantly. Order appeared as ON HOLD until Monday 6th December, when it changed to processing. I kept tracking it online and by Wednesday 8th December I began to panic I'd been ****med. I reached out to a sales agent via the chat, who said delivery would be made on the 14th. I explained that I needed delivery by Friday the 10th as the item was leaving the country. The agent said they would try deliver by Friday 5pm. I spent all of Friday in their chat function, pushing them to contact their driver. Needless to say, delivery was made on Friday. The prices offered are amazing but the unreliability and delays take that away. I feel one would be better off just sticking to Takealot! At least takealot is able to estimate a delivery date, and they normally deliver way before that date.
