Click On Shop

I bought a Univa Washing Machine and paid by eft on 12 January 2023 from Click On Shop and have not received my order yet. Emails to them regarding delivery not being rep**** to. Phone calls do not get answered. Im a pensioner and pd R4000 to them. Dont know what else to do
