I recently made a purchase from click on games which is part of the click on group. The order and payment was concluded the same day 2022-11-06, I was informed according to their web site that I should receive my order within 2 to 5 days. Firstly I opted to pick up my order via Pargo drop service in my area. I did not receive any information from clickongames regarding the status order of order nor did I receive any tracking information from anyone regarding my order, T have logged into my site profile and initiated a chat online ,but even there there was no reponse, I sent an email to them with similar results. According to their website they say that they are Hellopeter verified. Can Hellopeter look into this company since it alleges that it has been verified by Hellopeter. I am now R11999.00 out of pocket with nothing to show for. I would like a full refund(including postage) and I will source my order elsewhere

I received a response from Click on Group (Pty) Ltd and was informed to reach out to their support group to get a full refund or assist me further with my issue. Well I did reach out to them the same day 12th November 2022 and even responded to their response to my review and yep...no response from them either. If hello peter can certify their site then I am afraid that I making this review on the wrong platform
