Click n shop

We have had the worst experience with Click n shop!! We ordered a Playstation 5 about two months ago. We where told that it would be delivered withing 5 working days. After 5 working days nothing came. We called them no answer We sent email after email no answer!!! After a while we called again a guy answered and told us they are having problems with the supplier. We said its fine we can wait. After about another two weeks of no phone call or email being answered we emailed and asked for a refund we got an email saying that they will give us a refund and it takes 5 working days. It's been 2 months now and we have not received a cent. When we call its all empty promises that it would be in by day end. But nothing. I have now opened a case of ***** against them and I've seen my lawyer. I don't recommend Click n shop to anyone.
