Bad service from clicking on shop

I ordered a 13 place dishwasher on th 22nd of December 2021 , when I tried to track my order there was no ETA, i then sent them mail and consequently received an email back saying that I should expect to receive my order on the 11th of January 2022 from Ramona on behalf of click on shop, till to date there has been delivery nor further communication.
