Bad Communication

Ordered a stove on the 20th September. Managed to contact them then to find out where to send my proof of payment. I was promised delivery on The 30th September.It is now the 4th October. I have tried phoning and the calls go straight through to voicemail,I have emailed and no response.I am beginning to feel that I have been ****med.If this stove does eventually arrive I will change my review.
