Bad bad customer service

I bought washing machine on the 08/07/2022 and I was promised that will be delivered within seven days and that didn't happen and when i was trying to do follow up by telephone there was no response and when you follow up by using email they take days to reply and up to date I haven't received my money back because I ended up canceling order. Bad bad service
