On the 19th November an order was placed order number 4477 I contacted the callcentre on Monday they advised me my order will be delivered on Thursday 24th November . when i called on Friday they advised the driver is on his way at 18:00 the driver did not arrive .I then called back the agent answered and advise the driver will be there .on Saturday morning the driver called and said he was not on his way to me his day was to busy he will leave now and be there in the next hour at 11:00 i called the driver he did not answer i waited till 12:31 when i received the below message "Sorry it looks like their was a miscommunication from the sales department in joburg, they shipped a single control move instead of sending a twin, but i contacted them they are busy with the courier....sorry for the inconvenience."

i then called back lerato says that she was not aware of it she will call me back no calls at all eventually I called from a different number they answered so they have been scanning calls and don't answer mine .I was then advised that they will deliver the one on Monday and the other on Teusday again made sure someone was home and no one delivered any goods, I called back I spoke to eric the manager he then apologised and said no problem i will make sure its there between 10:00 and 13:00

Today i called and with no joy i had to buy a new sim just so i can call them as they dont answer the calls if its from my number .Eric then answered rudely told me that they will not refund me for all the calls to there callcentre and that he has other customers to deal with .When i asked him to speak to his manager he told me that its not possible I then ask the name of the manager he told me he will pick on tomorrow. I then ask for the name of the exec or director of the company and his response was That he can also lose his temper I have the recorded call. So is this a company or are they ******** Im writing this to get the attention of the directors to call me as im not sure if i was ****med .
