Disappointing product and service

<p>At Decorex I purchased a Heat Pack. I told the rather pushy salesman exactly what my needs were and at no stage did he mention that this large Heat Pack had to be boiled every time you used it. As this was a gift for an elderly person who could not get up and reheat the Heat Pack I tried to return it. I was sent a reply to say they would not reimburse me as this was a medical produt. The point was that this product was sold to me without a clear explanation even though I had told them my needs.</p> <p>Very disappointing service!</p>
