I bought the full range of products on Valentines day special at a mall in Emalahleni. Only after the sale had gone through did the agent tell me that I need to boil each pack after use in order to reuse. I felt totally **********. Eventually when home in Cape Town, I tried using the product... It warmed up nicely but is a huge schlep to boil. The neck and shoulder pack is huge and you need a big pot of water. Lots of electricity etc. And then it just solidified on its own again so now I have to bring that big pot of water to the boil again. Sales pitch is deliberately misleading. What a waste of money.
