I want my money back!!!

I bought a heat pack for neck and shoulder and 2 small heat packs. I have had the one small one replaced as it had a little hole on the side where the gel is leaking. I managed to get the number to call some gentleman from CLICK ME AFRICA and said he can not refund me, even though I have the receipt. And go swop it. They are leaking and I do not want to keep on running from one shopping centre to the next to swop it.<br> <br> He was so rude and said maybe I just don't know how to use it properly.<br> <br> The sales reps are very misleading by saying you only need to put it in hot water for it to turn to gel again, they forgot to mention that it must be boiling it. I don't have time for this nonsense and just does not work for me.<br> <br> Seriously, I prefer my wheat bags as they don't break and are not such an effort to use.
