DON'T BUY THIS ******* PRODUCT!a

I bought this product at Clear water mall, I have used it according to directions, but it does not work.I bought three small ones. I was able to use one, which heated up when I clicked it, but now its went cold, but also still hard, and it wont heat up again. The other two does not heat up at all, so therefore I am unable to use it. This is bogus **** advertising, and a product which the public should stay away from!
