Dishonest Sales people

i purchased a product called click me. It was R450 for a baby's bottle warmer. sales people doing mall promotions. They did not explain about the product so when i got home and tried it out i was very unhappy. went back to ask for a refund. the sales guys keep lying to me, give me wrong numbers to call etc. i have driven to them 4 times and they make excuses. im really upset. i am not happy with this product its not practical and i want a refund.
