No response in 5 days

I bought a few things from the store. It is now 5 days later, I have received no communication from them. Been trying to reach them via cellphone, email, whatsapp and Facebook, but no response. They added their new number to the Facebook page 3 days ago. I am very concerned that this is a ****. Does anyone have contact with Chris, the owner?
