Stay away

I paid for a computer, they told me that one is not available but they are sending me a similar one. It arrived and within the first week it gave me problems, I would whats app and someone would reply and always say they will come back to me, nothing. Now, less than a year after purchase, I can do nothing on it, there is a hardware problem. I want to return it as they have a 24 month warranty. The whats app person tells me it is booked for pick up by courier, nothing, I text again, they say “was it not picked up? I will log pick up again”, a week later, still nothing. I am sick of this shocking service. I would not reccomend.
