Never Use this Company🚮I contact them to Clean my Pavement,they instructed I should take a Photo, Send it to them,after Payment they send the Team to my House,An hour 30min they Guys were done and my Pavements still Dirty with Cement Remarks.
Instead they Should Charge a Call out Fee to come and Assess the Job….Unprofessional Company🚮🚮🚮my money is gone just like that😡😡😡

Upon reviewing the conversations between you and our booking agent, it was noted that our original communication mentioned that the removal of concrete was not guaranteed with our cleaning process. Despite this, we took proactive measures by sending an additional team to redo the cleaning at no extra cost. Unfortunately, due to the concrete being set and bonded to the paving, regrettably, we were unable to remove it.
We made every effort using a variety of products, but, unfortunately, we were unable to achieve the desired results. This limitation was communicated to you both before booking and on our invoice terms. We understand your disappointment and frustration, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please know that we always strive to provide the best service possible, but there are instances where the outcome may be beyond our control, especially when damage has occurred. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
