False advertising and delayed communication with no resolution to problem

CLM, now called Little Whitehouse has truly disappointed me. I placed an order online on the 6th of January for the Adventure 3 sleeper bed, they confirmed my order. On the 10th of January they sent an email confirming that shipping had resumed post festive season and to expect our orders in order of purchase. Then on the 12th of January, I received an from Rhoda stating that they don’t actually have stock of this bunk bed and I would not be receiving my order after all. It has inconvenienced me greatly as I ordered it because I needed it and overlooked other shops because I thought they were reliable. Now I am stuck with children who are coming towards the end of the month and no beds for them to actually sleep in. This is truly unacceptable.
