Disappointing at Clever Little ******

I did order a rug on there online store and pay with PAYFAST, the payment went through on my account and I did receive confirmation. From my side I could see that the rug was still in the basket. I immediately mail the online store which respond that they did receive my order but did not see the payment. I then send through my banking statement with the proof of payment. They still could not find it, Now eventually when they did receive the payment the rug was sold??? This is unacceptable
