Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Now seeing reviews Im not the only one complaining clearly. I made arrangements for a date and time of delivery but the driver arrived much earlier so I was not available - he was rude in his conversation with me. I had spoken to the Head Office the previous day to arrange this but my request was ignored. I asked the Head Office to call back to re-arrange another time for delivery and no call came. Today the driver arrived demanding that I meet them at the gate rather than them delivering it to me and the box was dripping with water.... from the items having half defrosted. Such a bad experience, will not support this company or Romans franchise ever again... very sad
