I placed above order on the 7th of May 2024. I was bought to the impression that since it not yet being the middle nor the end of the month I would get my order as per your terms and conditions set out on the website 2 business days? That would make delivery Thursday afternoon??

I had people over the weekend and I was supposed to cater for any extras, and since my order did not arrive on time I had to go and make additional purchases.

I really thought I would get my order on time and seeing that it is also my first order.

The little you guys could do was at least send a text or email advising that it is not the case.

I am now trying to chat to someone via WhatsApp chat and it take 1.5 hours just to answer a simple question???

It is a big shame as I for one have heard only good about cleo’s kitchen, however ordering for a first time and receiving this kind of service.

I would say I am not impressed at all!!!!!
