Not Impressed

I am not very impressed with my delivery today...

I asked for it to be delivered on Monday as per whatsapp conversation, they only delivered today. When they phoned me yesterday for delivery being today (I had to change my address, which was written down according to the driver).

However, not only was it delivered today but it was delivered to the wrong address. I was not there, so my colleague had to accept it for me.

When it got there... The box was open, and the products looks appalling. Not sure I would want to eat it - because why would a food box be open?

This is shocking for me... Because I have never had an issue with you guys.

Not happy at all.
