A bunch of ***** and a ********

I purchased Milk and Pepsi from Engen Quick shop and the plastic bag broke, I checked the bag for details as to try find a manufacturer and found that the manufacturer is Clench it packaging. , Over Christmas I purchased goods from Toys R US and again the bag that was used to carry my kids toys broke while going to the car. Again after looking at the bag I noticed it was made by Clenchit. Turns out that they a manufacturing concern that delivers inferior quality products, They supply these bags into the industry with no recourse or having to take responsibility for there actions. I have phoned a number of times to speak to the owner and I keep getting told that the owner is out the country. If you read the website its remarkably false advertising. Anyway, its a pity that big companies like Engen and Toys R US support these manufactures who sell inferior goods, They should be held accountable for their bad service, products and quality. I was told by the Manager - Clinton and Neil that they use Recyclable Material and that its Mixed into the product and perhaps be a bad batch. Its crazy that this would occur from two different retailers , however the same product from the same factory. I find that excuse hard to believe.
