I called in to enquire about a vehicle that was JUST advertised online. the agent was extremely rude in the manner in which spoke. "I TOLD YOU THE CAR IS SOLD. I DON'T WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM", and then cut the call. Is that how you treat your customers????
