Barcode that scan item not found.

Good morning I visited Ackermans Cleary Park yesterday 31 October 2023 at approximately 13 25. I paid Ackermans account. At the same time I asked the cashier to ring up a white maternity bra that was on 50 % off. When she rang the item up she said Sorry madam but the computer say Item not found

I told her there is another one also with a barcode Sorry madam but we can't sell it, it have to go back so that Charity organization can have it. My question as a customer not even one of the cashiers went the extra mile to enquire from Head Office about the two white size small maternity bra 's. As a customer I insist on getting the two white maternity bras. Please consider my request
