Appalling service - again

<p>We have tested the "support" ticket theory previously, and proven it gets as much response as a phone call or a message.... (zero).</p> <p> </p> <p>Once again, I have been left for 5 days with zero service, calls not being answered, and continual message requests being ignored.</p> <p> </p> <p>Promises are made and not kept.</p> <p>Time schedule is meaningless with zero concept of "45 min".</p> <p> </p> <p>We then get told that we are lucky, when crew does pitch after 6.30pm, (after requesting a repair for 4 days with zero response) as they do not come out after hours(!)</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting for a service agreement / contract - 6 months down the line.</p>
