Steer clear of Clearwater Pools - shocking service

If you're thinking of building your dream pool, steer clear of Clearwater Pools. Their service delivery is truly shocking and besides having to become the project manager yourself as the communication between the supervisor and ground crew is literally non-existent, it will take weeks before you receive a clean, ready to use pool - if you're lucky. The crew onsite are not managed properly, supervisors are clearly over capacity as they're never to be seen and for some unknown reason, it will take a lot of nagging and complaining on the customer's side to get these guys out to finish the job. Whether it is digging the hole, finishing the paving or even just being able to handover a clean, ready to use pool (which is the service delivery promise), be prepared for a fight as Clearwater Pools just don't know how to put their customers first. They may be an accredited Penguin Pools supplier, but Peguin Pools need to know that this outfit is bringing down their brand name!
