NO RESPONSE

I am booked for pool renovations at this supplier and paid my deposit. I was promised the work will be done before Dec closure. Zack has promised me the past 2 weeks that I am first on their customer waiting list. They do not turn up to do the work. This morning he referred me to the guy (Louwrie) who is responsible for the work allocation. He does not answer his phone. I tried to reach the MD of the company (JP). He also does not answer his phone, nor return my numerous calls. Zack now also do not answer my calls.
