Bad Service from Clearwater Pools

On the 16th April we signed the sales agreement for a splash Pool installation. Today is the 7th May and we are still waiting for them to complete the pool, it has been twee weeks now after digging the hole, They have been there 3 times at our place only for an hour or so. Everyday they have a new story. All I want is the pool to be finished.
