After Sale Service Sucks

Last year had a pool installed by Clearwater Pool but the pool pump has since packed up. Contacted Anneme Erasmus about the problem and she promised someone will be in touch after I send her some documents. A month later and nobody has made contact and she seems to be avoiding me. DO NOT use their services as their after sales service is non-existent.
