Very disappointed

I went to unblock my pin. Lady helped me when I went to clicks it's declined go back to capitec a gentleman helps he corrected all her umistakes.. great everything is working. Get home use the app to pay bills now it's it's blocked. Cos I've exceeded trying my pin no for **** sakes I've been using the same code. Now they don't answer phns and I'm a nursing Sr working the next 3 days and Monday is a holiday. I don't have a car so I uber......CAN SOMEBODY CONTACT ME URGENTLY
