Unproffesional Security of CLEAR WATER MALL

Good day last week Saturday the 12 May 2018 my niece and I decided to go to Clear water mall to shop for a mothers day gift but before that we went shopping at a PQ clothing store so we had bags from there upon going to Clear water mall. To my disgust and embarrassment when we left the mall at the robot OUTSIDE the mall we were stopped by 2 of the Mall security guards(FIDELITY Security) asking to search our bags, I was so confused all I could hear was the supervisor over the radio saying their is no PQ clothing store in the mall how come we had that bag we stole stuff so they have to search us another guard approached us on a quad bike as well we were surrounded by security in front of a crowd of people OUTSIDE the shopping mall!!! I asked for justification for what they were doing and none of them would explain or give me their names they just kept dodging my question they would not even give me the supervisors name. This whole time I had my 2 year old son in my hand and he was traumatized!!, so it begs the question when you enter Clear Water Mall are you not allowed to go to another store first or then you will be approached by their security in an unprofessional manner in the street and they traumatize your Children?? why did they not ask me inside the mall??? I was shopping and even had a meal and no one did anything only upon me leaving and being outside!!! I am disgusted and embarrassed that they could do that and walk away after they realized what a mistake they made without even saying SORRY!!! :(
