Unprofessional behavior and disrespectful attitude

I hope this email finds well.

I would like to express my disappointment in one of MTN employee behavior at Clearwater Mall MTN branch, when I went to complain about the Real Me phone which I had bought on the of 23rd September 2024 I had to bring the following day because it but was freezing and sometimes the screen would go blank. I no longer wanted the phone because of that, I was not informed about the Ts and Cs if I leave the premises that I will be fully responsible for it should anything goes wrong.

The consultant was very unkind and condescending I haven't had an unprofessional behavior and disrespectful attitude. When my partner and I take the phone to the technician for it to be checked.

When I explained that I work with my phone and can't be without one because of that he then proceeded to say well I will have to buy another phone or just go and borrow a phone from my friends because there's nothing he can do. No remorse, apology or whatsoever since this is a new phone and it's also a mechanical error plus this began on the 2nd day I bought the phone. I'm a very dissatisfied, disappointed and a super mad customer, and would like for an intervention on this matter. Name of the consultant is Sbonelo Mathe
