Unacceptable parking ticket policies

I am beyond upset today and will not be a patron at Clearwater mall for the following reason: the lost parking ticket system put in place at Clearwater mall is a laughable ****!

I was about to get into my car to go home when a gust of wind came and blew my parking ticket out of my hand. I was holding the ticket together with papers collected from the Telkom store, so the gust of wind blew my ticket away with great gusto. When I looked behind me to try and locate my parking ticket, it was no where to be seen. I quickly located security and explained my situation. The guard instructed me to go to the machine and consult the mall staff via the intercom. I was instructed to make my way to the information desk on the opposite side of the mall. Upon arrival I learnt that I had to pay a Ridiculous R45 to be able to get out of this predicament, which mind you, was beyond my control and not my fault. What a humiliating experience, I even searched on my hands and knees for my parking ticket, to no avail. This is the worst exploitation of the general public that I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. I feel morally obliged to take this pathetic situation up with Clearwater mall management, speaking for those who will be exposed to your ridiculous parking policies. I will not hesitate to do everything in my power to break the mold and expose this unfair practice at Clearwater mall. I will never forget this incident at Clearwater mall and won't go there again. Clearwater mall, your service is unacceptable
