Tyre damaged by spikes

<p>My dad's rear tyre was damaged by the spikes at the Clearwater mall. The whole incident was witnessed by Hendrik Mabena, the security guard on duty at that time. He informed my dad to go to the main office for assistance. Unfortunately the big sized guy that he spoke to (the same guy who questioned this incident), he did not get his name! This same guy gave my dad Shantelle's details and was informed that unless an email was sent, they would not be able to assist him. An email was sent to Shantelle on the 21st Feb and to this day we have not had any response. My dad eventually bought a new tyre as he could not continue riding with a spare, and it cost him R695.00. He should be compensated for this as it was not his fault. I resent the email today, along with another disgruntled message letting Shantelle, Rudy and Lauren know that my dad is waiting for a response, as well as the money for his tyre!</p>
