RUDE CLEARWATER MALL PARKING MANAGEMENT

Went to my bank on 25 September to arrange a new card, but when we needed to pay parking at the pay station, the machine was in an error state and it said a supervisor must be notified. We had to get out of the Mall to get to an appointment, and drove to the boom to ring the attendants in the office, wherever they are.. this woman, Tshabile, was so rude and the more we try to explain to her there is an error on the parking station machine, the more she talks back and tells us no, there is no errors on any of there machines, implying we are lying !!!! THIS RUDENESS is totally uncalled for, and spoils the whole experience of entering a Mall like Clearwater Mall Roodepoort. I will certainly not recommend this Mall to anyone, there are many other malls in the area. RUDE staff who needs to be educated on how to talk to customers visiting Clearwater Mall!!!
