Quinton and Security Team

I had a VERY unfortunate experience yesterday. I got to my car after paying my parking ticket and found a note on my window saying that I have a flat tyre. I had no idea how to change a tyre and could not get hold of my husband. To my rescue came two security guards employed by the Clearwater shopping centre and offered their help without me even asking. I could see the poor man was struggling to get the tyre off but he persisted. He could eventually get everything done with the help of another guy. Shortly after finishing he asked one of the other guards to assist me at the boom gate. Due to the fact that i was still in the shopping centre my ticket expired and he assisted me to get through the boom gate. What a wonderful experience to be assisted by people without being asked that can see a woman in distress. WELL DONE ANDY, PHAKISHO AND NDUMISO for going beyond the extra mile. Well done to Quinton and his security team. If this is how your team treats your patrons I feel very safe leaving my vehicle in your good hands. THUMPS UP!!!!!!
