POOR CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!

Mr Price Clearwater, my daughter was at your store this afternoon, shopping minding her own business when a thieving lady took her cellphone straight out of her handbag, needless to say your management done nothing, did not assist my child in anyway whatsoever until my husband and I went and created a scene! Your cameras in the store suck, 16 cameras in total with 1600 blind spots, there is no camera facing the entrance, like what the hell, your useless outdated camera system doesnt even have a zoom in feature! What bothers me the most, is how the heck does these thieving, **** of the earth, probably never worked a day in their life, but want to rob innocent people of their hard earned possessions know where the blind spots are ???? What a convenience that this happened at a place where there are no cameras ??? What's worse, centre management says that the incident was never reported to them, why does your management keep quiet! The audacity of the staff to laugh at the incident when we walked away, hire decent honest people, even your manager has a don't care attitude! Centre Management claims that this happens frequently at your store, shouldn't this be a concern to you ??? Shouldn't the big smart brand that you are, have done something about this by now ???? Unless these trivial things are not brought to anyone's attention higher than your useless store management, swept under the carpets so these ************ daylight ******* can continue with this bull****!
