Parking Ticket lost

Arrived around 8:10 this morning and wanted to leave around 9:45 but had lost my parkimg ticket. I was told I had to pay R40 for a replacement ticket. This is not acceptable when I was only due to pay R8. Staff were not able to help and no management could be contacted.
