Parking services

Such a bad service for such a huge mall… all their parking tickets a faulty since Monday and there’s nothing that’s being done about that…

On top of that yesterday one had to wait 30mins at their ticket stations as the card was all faulty from what I don’t know cause and the was no one picking up,centre management security was called to check why the control it’s not picking up,eventually after a long try they answered and made us pay

I mean when you paid for services you do not expect to have hustles when leaving the mall,all of a sudden one now has to wait for another 30mins just to leave the mall… all cards were faulty and they will blame it on the LoadShedding of Whitchurch it’s not .. their cards have been faulty for a while now!!! And you must still pay for the parking ticket …. Even Soweto malls are better than this … such a poor poor service
