Parking Charge Greed

<p>All of a sudden there is a charge the moment you enter the parking. Before the first hour was free!</p> <p>This means everyone has to pay the moment they enter the parking area regardless if its just 5 min.</p> <p>Why must I pay if I am just in and out Quickly????? </p> <p>This is unacceptable and have found and alternative mall for the forseable future.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope you rectify this before you loose customers to the newer and bigger malls in the area that offer free parking for the first hour.</p>
