Nedbank Banking account without a banking card

I had an attempted ***** on my current account in April 2021, the bank blocked my profile as well as my banking card. I've been to the branch numerous times to find out when I'll be issued with a new card, without any success. Being four and a half months now, I don't know what to do, to be issued with a new card.
